Rich was born and raised in Livingston, New Jersey. He began his professional career on Wall Street, working for the municipal bond firm, JB Hanauer & Co. From there, he segued into the hospitality industry, starting in a family restaurant business before attending Samuel J. Siberman Business School, all while operating two restaurants. Rich went on to receive a degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ. He also attended the Schiller School of Hospitality in Engelberg Switzerland and received a Swiss Hospitality Management Certification.
Rich relocated to South Carolina in 1998 where he broadened his experience in the cable industry – with Cablevision Industries in South Carolina and Charter Communications in Atlanta. He was later recruited by Time Warner Cable to deploy their Road Runner Business Class ~ Commercial High Speed Internet Services in Horry County South Carolina. This became the platform for a career change to the Real Estate Brokerage industry where he was a multi-million dollar sales producer, sales executiv, and consultant. Over the years he has in receipt of numerous awards including, Top Gun Executive & Highest Average Subscriber at Time Warner Cable and Top Sales Producer at Dreamhomes Marketing Group (Luxury Custom Property Brokerage)
In September 2009 Rich met with a friend who introduced him to It Works!
He immediately saw that the opportunity to distribute the It Works! products in the greater Charleston South Carolina which would greatly improve friends and associates lives so he decided to enroll as a distributor and has since built a top producing unified team of Loyal Customers, Distributors, Sponsors, and a Product Coach who all make positive contribututions to the team's success. The only requirement to be a Member of the Diamond Dream Team™ is a desire to significantly improve the lives of family, friends, and other associates.
Currently Rich lives in the West Ashley part of Charleston, South Carolina with his daughter.
